Recruitment privacy notice
This notice explains how job application information is handled from submission through review and deletion. The policy version and retention period are saved with every application.
Who controls your information
Infinity Marketr operates this recruitment service. Questions, correction requests, withdrawal notices, or deletion requests can be sent to hello@infinitymarketr.com with “Recruitment privacy” in the subject line.
What we collect
We collect the contact, location, experience, skills, links, motivation statement, and resume information shown on the application form. You may provide a privately stored PDF/DOCX file or a Google Drive sharing link. We do not request date of birth, gender, marital status, national ID, health information, or a photograph at the initial application stage. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive data in your resume.
Why we use it
We use application information to evaluate your suitability for the role, communicate with you, administer interviews and follow-up, protect the recruitment service, and keep an accountable hiring record. We do not use opaque automated ranking or automatic rejection.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized Infinity Marketr administrators and service providers needed to operate MongoDB, private document storage, hosting, email delivery, and—when you choose a Drive link—Google Drive. Resumes are not attached to notification emails; uploaded files and submitted Drive links are shown only in authenticated recruitment administration.
Security
Uploaded resumes are restricted to PDF or DOCX, validated for type and structure, stored outside the public website, and served with no-store download controls. Google Drive files remain controlled by your Google sharing settings, so you must grant the hiring team appropriate access and may revoke that access in Google Drive. Administrative actions are role-restricted and sensitive operations are recorded.
Retention
Your application currently receives a retention snapshot of 365 days. Records that pass that date are flagged for human review; irreversible automatic deletion is not enabled. If you separately opt in to future opportunities, that choice applies only within the same stated period unless a reviewed policy lawfully changes it.
Your choices
Acknowledging this notice is required to submit an application. Consent to be considered for future roles is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. You may ask to withdraw an application or request correction/deletion, subject to lawful recordkeeping needs and any documented legal hold.
International and legal review
The recruitment wording and retention schedule are designed for Infinity Marketr’s Bangladesh operations and must remain under periodic legal review for the operating jurisdiction and applicant locations. A setting in the admin panel records when the owner has approved that review.
