Infinity Marketr will not be responsible for issues caused by advertising platforms, including:

  • Advertisement rejection
  • Account restrictions or suspension
  • Billing problems
  • Policy changes

  • Work may depend on team availability
  • A restart fee may apply
  • The previous quotation may be reviewed or updated

A revision means a limited change within the approved project scope.

The following may not be treated as revisions:

  • A completely new design
  • A new concept
  • A new page
  • A new feature
  • Changes to previously approved work
  • Changes requested after final delivery
  • Corrections caused by inaccurate client information
  • Work outside the agreed scope

Any work outside the approved quotation or proposal will be considered additional work.

Where the project scope changes, Infinity Marketr may:

  • Issue a new quotation
  • Change the project timeline
  • Request additional payment
  • Pause work until the change is approved

Approval given through email, messaging, or another written method may be treated as valid authorization.

18. Review and Approval

The client must review submitted work and provide feedback within a reasonable period.

Once the client provides written approval, the relevant work will be treated as approved.

Changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work.

Before publication or delivery, the client must verify:

  • Names and contact details
  • Product pricing
  • Offers and conditions
  • Business claims
  • Content accuracy
  • Spelling and factual information
  • Permission to use images and brand assets
